Somehow, she was miraculously able to arrange a showing within a couple of hours, so we showed up and entered an absolutely beautiful home in perfect condition, on 1/2 acre of land, in a great area of Bend. Without her hard work and dedication, we would have left Bend empty-handed. Next, she managed to help guide us through getting the loan started, and all of the other necessary paperwork, so that we could leave the next day and complete the rest of the loan online. She even convinced her husband to allow our daughter to rent one of the apartments, in the apartment complex he managed, for only one month - with her dog! That was a real life-saver! What is more, Carin has continued to help us whenever we needed, it even after the sale. We recently asked to to check the MLS in the area near our house to find out our current house value for a possible re-finance. She gladly helped and had the information for us within a couple of hours.
